For almost fifteen years, Harlequin Training Solutions has
developed all sizes of e-learning training course, providing
e-learning to some of the world's best-known companies.
A proven track record
Training and e-learning expert John Lawton established Harlequin in 1996. Since then, Harlequin has developed e-learning courses for all sizes of organisation, in a wide range of industries and market sectors. We've created e-learning programmes that have increased the skills of over 1,000,000 people, on a wide range of subjects.
Providing e-learning for leading organisations
Working directly or with partners, Harlequin has developed self-paced, self-directed and tutored training programmes for many leading organisations, including Comet, Eversheds, JP Morgan, Morrisons, TNT and Vodafone. Find out more about our customers.
Bespoke approach
To create the best results, we believe that e-learning should be created around a customer's specific needs, in contrast to using inefficient 'off-the-shelf' training products (which, in trying to be 'all things to all people', tend to teach much that isn't actually needed by many). Our ethos is to create bespoke e-learning courses and programmes that are highly focused (and therefore often shorter), delivered using engaging training media.
How we work
Our clients tell us that they like to work with us because we're 'a breath of fresh air' after listening to too many e-learning theorists. We have a reputation for getting on with the job, and getting results. We try to be:
- very cost-effective (often cheaper than outsourcing overseas).
- consultative (challenging - in a good way - adding value of offering expert input).
- inclusive (getting clients very much involved rather than marginalising them).
- responsive (we're very service-focused and act quickly).
- imaginative (helping clients to look at things in interesting new ways).
- energetic and enthusiastic (well, we love what we do).
Why Harlequin?
We're often asked: "Why are you called Harlequin?" The answer is simple: because we believe that, to be successful, learning should be fun, colourful and entertaining.
