Eversheds: Office move

Project requirements

Eversheds were set to move around 1000 lawyers, paralegals and other support staff to their new, purpose built, environmentally sound office at One Wood Street.  We were engaged nine weeks before the move to create a building enduction to cover everything from how to connect to the wireless network to how to get a cup of tea!

Following discussions with key project staff and target users, it became apparent that what was required was a simple e-book covering key details with simple navigation and completion tracking.  Once complete users would be issued with thier security pass to access the new building.

User feedback and acceptance rates were very high, with completion tracked at 87% within the first 10 days and 98% completion by the target date.  The material received a very positive response and is set to be rolled out across all sites within the next 12 months.
