For Zeneca, John Lawton (managing director of Harlequin Training Solutions) developed a training programme in Microsoft FrontPage to enable those employees without IT skills to be able to create and edit pages of the company's intranet.

To support the training, students were supplied with a printed reference guide. This guide was also provided as an e-book, using HTML pages and Macromedia Flash animation.
