Explaining complex subjects

Ideal forTechnical, scientific, clinical and regulated topics that need to make sense to non-specialists, without losing accuracy.

Some of the most important things people need to understand are also the hardest to explain. We work closely with your subject matter experts to decide what really matters, then turn it into learning people can follow, explore and use.

Expect explorable diagrams, realistic scenarios and plain language, with accuracy your experts can sign off.

Typical outputs

  • Bespoke e-learning modules
  • Scenario-based learning
  • Explorable diagrams
  • Explainer animations
  • Microlearning series
  • Knowledge checks
02

Introducing new systems

Ideal forOrganisations rolling out new software, processes or ways of working, from finance and HR systems to new technology on the shop floor.

People adopt new systems faster when they can practise safely and get help at the moment of need. We build role-specific training that mirrors the real tasks, plus the support that keeps people confident after go-live.

Typical outputs

  • Software simulations
  • How-to videos
  • Role-based learning paths
  • Quick-reference guides
  • User guides
  • Floor-walker support packs

Communicating change

Ideal forLeaders, HR, change and project teams who need people to understand what is changing, why it matters and what to do.

A course nobody hears about doesn’t change anything. We create the awareness communications around your learning, or on their own, with one consistent voice from first announcement to follow-up.

That includes equipping managers to carry the message, because people trust what they hear from their own manager.

Typical outputs

  • Awareness campaigns
  • Launch emails and newsletters
  • Intranet articles
  • Manager cascade packs
  • Cascade and town hall presentations
  • Posters and digital screens
  • Explainer and AI-presenter videos
  • FAQs
04

Practical learning resources

Ideal forTeams who need materials that work in the classroom, the workshop or on the job, long after a course is complete.

Not every learning need calls for e-learning. Often a well-designed toolkit, guide or workshop pack does more. We create resources people actually keep and use.

Typical outputs

  • Toolkits
  • Facilitator guides
  • Workshop and learner packs
  • Workbooks
  • Job aids and checklists
  • Interactive PDFs
  • Infographics
  • Professional education resources

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Can you work with our LMS?

Yes. We produce SCORM packages for most learning management systems and test them in your platform before launch. If you don’t have an LMS, we can advise on simple ways to deliver the learning.

Can you update or rework our existing courses?

Yes. We can refresh dated content, rebuild courses in a newer tool such as Rise, or turn existing slide decks and documents into engaging digital learning.

Can you work to our brand guidelines?

Always. Everything we create follows your brand, tone of voice and accessibility requirements.

Do you only do e-learning, or only communications?

Neither, and both. Many clients come to us for a single course, campaign or explainer video. Others ask us to handle the whole journey, from awareness to follow-up.

How much time will our subject matter experts need to give?

Usually a short kick-off session, a few focused conversations and agreed review rounds. We do the heavy lifting of turning their knowledge into clear content.

Who owns the finished files?

You do. You own all completed work, and we provide the source files wherever they can be shared. A few tools, such as Vyond, don’t allow their source files to be passed on, but we can work in your own licence so you keep full access. Everything else is always available on request, free of charge.

Tell us about your project.

Whether you need a single explainer, a full programme or the communications around it, we will come back with honest advice and a clear, itemised quote.
